Paula and Morgan
P. Morgan Hill has strong experience in Real Estate sales, and the restaurant/bar business and yacht sales. This, combined with her 200-ton Captain's License, qualifies her as the nautical expert of the duo. Morgan has served as a well-respected Monroe County Planning Commissioner, Director and President of the Association of Realtors, and a Director of United Way of Monroe County.
Paula Nardone has strong marketing, accounting, and corporate business skills, as well as motel and condo management experience. She owned and operated a Real Estate firm prior to relocating to the Keys, and has served as Chairman of the Association of Realtors Education Committee. Paula is also President of Marathon In Action, an active local charity.
While working in the Century 21 system, they continuously attained that franchise's highest level of performance: Centurion. From 1995 through 1998, they reaped Double Centurion Awards and were often called "The Dynamic Duo". In 1999, they were the first Keys team to be honored as Grand Centurions.
Both partners are active in the community, and very few local charitable events take place without their participation and support. They are determined to Give Back to the community which has allowed them so much success, while working to elevate the perception of today's Real Estate Professional.
